Juan Tejada is the best acupuncturist I've ever been to! He's treated me for hot flashes, migraines, pink eye, muscle pain (back, neck, knee), and more. The atmosphere is so calming and soothing that I find myself not wanting to leave. Within a few needles, he asks me how the pain level is on the migraine, and often after his healing touch and precision with the needles, the pain is gone! I wouldn't recommend anyone else but American Health Acupuncture!

Juan and Sherry are very empathetic, and the ambiance is peaceful and serene. Juan is so knowledgeable that he held my wrist the first time and said I have high blood pressure. He was so right! The advice he gave me was to drink more water, with a pinch of salt and the juice of a lime. I take my BP at home and it is starting to go down since I've been following his guidance. I'm a believer!

Juan and Sherry have such a wonderful, healing energy that you begin healing before the session begins. I lived in Arizona 10 years and was so fortunate to have been able to experience Juan's healing acupuncture and energy many times. I remember one time, in particular, where the results were absolutely amazing. I injured my back. I don't go to doctors. But, from what I gathered, I slipped or herniated a disc. The pain was excruciating. I could not get in and out of the car myself. I could not lift my leg to put shoes on or to get dressed alone. It was horrible. I tried massage (I am a massage therapist and truly believe in massage). But massage did not help me enough. I tried chiropractic. But it did not do much either. I decided to try acupuncture. I saw Juan 3 days in a row. After the first day, the pain was worse. After the second day, It was about the same. After the third session, it was completely gone, and the pain did not return for many years after that. It only returned when I re-injured it. Unfortunately, I no longer lived in Arizona. Juan is so intuitive and "clear" and dedicated to helping you that he is able to help your body completely heal, as it should. Thanks Juan and Sherry!
